I feel to have this contract ratified we need to have control over where we want to put our money for the medical savings account. The medical out of pocket expense is too high. The most important item is job security. Cwa agrees upon a contract on dec 14 and on dec 15 at&t annouces massive lay off, this is not good business and its not what cwa should agree upon. The fact that cwa and at&t keeps everyone in the dark on issues is wrong. Full time employees should be able to bump temps and terms. The premise tech position should be in the contract. I feel that cwa should fight harder for our members on job security and medical, if at&t doesnt want to agree or plays hard ball then we should walk. If cwa talks to its members then they will get same reaction. They was alot of talk, that if we have to pay this much on medical then most will get out of union to save on this new expense. thank you
